We celebrated our Centenary in 2017 when we looked back at our fantastic achievements. Now we’re “Looking Forward” to the next 100 years as part of Rotary International, with the theme this year of 'Rotary Opens Opportunities'.
Rotary International has been working for over 30 years to eradicate Polio.

The charity was formed in 1987 as Caring at Christmas by members of The Julian Trust concerned about the gap in care provision for the homeless & vulnerable.
Come and hear about the charity: how they've adapted & how they've been supporting the homeless & vulnerable of our city during these difficult times.

We heard from Chief Executive Dom Wood from 1625 Independent People about the work of 1625ip - supporting young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
They provide a broad range of care for young people. They find secure homes, teach life-skills, offer advice, help access training and job opportunities. Most importantly, they help young people to live happily and independently. www.1625ip.co.uk
